One-on-one consultations, document drafting, compliance assessments, and related advisory services.

2.2 Information Products

Digital courses, guides or templates delivered electronically.

2.3 Goods

Physical materials such as printed manuals, forms or promotional items.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed on fenrion.top. Payment methods are displayed at checkout. Fees are stated in Kuwaiti Dinar.

4. Refund Policy

Fenrion aims to ensure client satisfaction. Refund terms vary by category:

4.1 Professional Services

Clients may cancel a service within 7 days from booking to receive a full refund of fees paid. After 7 days, fees for any completed work segment will be forfeited, and the remainder will be refunded. Unused service hours may be scheduled for a later date upon request. Certain services, such as urgent opinion letters or liaison activities, require immediate resource commitment and are non-refundable. These are clearly noted at booking.

4.2 Information Products

For digital content, clients may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that no more than 10 percent of the content has been accessed. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

4.3 Goods

Physical items can be sent back within 30 days of delivery in original, unopened condition for a choice of a refund or a replacement. Shipping charges are the purchaser’s responsibility, unless an item is defective or incorrect, in which case Fenrion covers shipment to our address at The Avenues Mall, Gulf Road, Al-Riqqa, Kuwait City 13001, Kuwait.

5. Modifications to Terms

Fenrion reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when published on fenrion.top. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.
